OyoPdf provides online and self-hosted tools to create, edit, convert, compress, and secure PDF and related documents. Features may change over time. Some tools run in your browser; others use secure cloud processing — see our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for the files you process and for ensuring you have the right to use them. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates others' privacy.

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, probe systems without authorization, or use automated scraping at scale.

OyoPdf is a document utility, not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Digital signatures created in the app may use self-signed certificates that are not equivalent to a publicly trusted certificate authority chain. Verify requirements for your jurisdiction and use case before relying on signed documents for formal purposes.

We strive for reliable conversions and edits, but results depend on source file quality. Complex layouts, scans, and proprietary formats may not convert perfectly. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect output fidelity.

Sign-in may be optional or required depending on deployment settings. You are responsible for securing access to your account and for activity under your credentials.

OneQubitsSoftware India Pvt Ltd owns the OyoPdf software, branding, and site design. You retain ownership of your documents. Open-source components used in the product are subject to their respective licenses (see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md in the repository).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneQubitsSoftware India Pvt Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of OyoPdf. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or INR 5,000 if you used the free tier).

You agree to indemnify OneQubitsSoftware India Pvt Ltd against claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or limit access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
