Who we are

OneQubitsSoftware India Pvt Ltd designs and delivers software products focused on clarity, reliability, and responsible handling of business data. OyoPdf sits in that same line of work: a PDF productivity suite that prefers local processing so sensitive agreements, invoices, and internal documents do not need to leave your device for everyday edits and conversions.

As part of OneQubitsSoftware India Pvt Ltd, OyoPdf follows the same product principles we apply across our portfolio — ship useful tools, explain trade-offs honestly, and keep self-hosting available for organizations that want the full stack under their own roof.

Why OyoPdf exists

Most online PDF sites ask you to upload first and trust a black-box backend. We built OyoPdf for the opposite workflow: open a file, run the operation in the browser when possible, and download the result. That model fits legal, finance, HR, and operations teams who cannot casually send PDFs to third-party clouds.

• Your files stay on your device whenever possible.
• Core tools stay understandable: upload (or create), configure a few options, process, download.
• Advanced features such as Edit PDF markup, OCR helpers, visual redact, and Word round-trips still aim to stay on-device whenever the browser can support them.
• Self-hosting with Docker is a first-class path for companies that needOyoPdf inside their own network.

What you can do today

Organize and secure PDFs (merge, split, compress, protect, unlock, reorder). Convert between images, Word, and plain text. Create blank PDF or Word documents to start from. Edit with text replacement, stamps, signatures, highlight, draw, and related markup — then save locally.

Some conversions (especially Word layout fidelity) rebuild content rather than cloning Microsoft Word pixel-for-pixel. We document those limits so you can choose the right tool for the job.

Privacy and ownership

Privacy is not a marketing badge for us — it is the default architecture. When a tool can run entirely in your browser, it should. Your PDFs are not uploaded for editing, conversion, compression, or signing — processing happens on your device. We only use the server for optional sign-in (Google or email OTP), contact form messages, and anonymous usage counts. When you self-host OyoPdf, you own the deployment and the data store. That approach reflects how OneQubitsSoftware India Pvt Ltd thinks about customer trust: minimize unnecessary data movement, and make it obvious where processing happens.
